We deal with all the beaurocracy, paper work and secure major legislation procedures with the Ministries involved in the process, from the concept to the end (research opportunities, study legislation, proceed with an offer and detailed financial data analysis on the investment).
TROIA uses innovative and versatile approaches, and cutting-edge technologies a) to investigate and measure oppportunity investments, b) to accurately assess existing assets, c) evaluating and visioning of prospect transformation of any asset with the use of economic, technical and statistical data.
We may use high-tech drone technology to register and conduct market research. We investigate land and geological conditions before and during construction, to evaluate high quality and precision solid constructions.
