STATHIS TRIANTAFYLLOU

Stathis is a civil engineer registered in the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) with over 30 years of experience in designing and constructing anti-seismic buildings all over Greece as well as managing and supervising their construction process. Over the years he has helped numerous clients to invest in beautiful properties in Greece. From finding the right plot of land, to dealing with the local authorities, to orchestrating the end product Stathis is the Managing Director of the Company.

George Triantafyllou

George is a civil engineer with almost a decade of experience in London, UK and Frankfurt, Germany. With SNC-Lavalin’s Atkins he worked on multiple infrastructure and civils projects, including Hinkley Point C nuclear power station, and as Design Coordinator for the City Airport Development Program (CADP). With Carey Group, he worked on high-rise concrete frames, including 22 Bishopsgate, The International Quarter (TIQ) and Marble Arch Place. George also was Advisor at Edelweiss Corporate Finance in Frankfurt, combining best global M&A practices with latest financial & digital instruments, particularly focusing on SMEs and Real Estate. He is now Project Manager at multiple projects across Greece. He holds an engineering degree from City University London and a MBA from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

STEFANIA TRIANTAFYLLOU

Stefania is an architect registered in the Tenchnical Chamber of Greece (TEE), in UK’s Architects’ Registration Board (ARB) and in the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). She has more than 8 years of experience at the award winning internationally acclaimed Hopkins Architects Ltd practice in London on Hospitality, Residential, Office, Retail and Sports projects. Specializing in Hospitality design she held lead position in the design and implementation process of the 5* Peninsula London Hotel. She has returned to Greece and continues to focus on Residential and Hospitality projects across the country.
